Developers develop the code for any SynDev projects requiring development in code. This code can be HTML5, CSS, JS, or TS. After a project has been coded, it then goes off to the Editors for critiquing and proof-reading.

Editors critique each project once it's arrived to its completion point. After editing, each project will go back into development to implement any final changes. With editing out of the way, it's on to the Marketers.

Marketers handle advertising and collaborations to make stronger connections for more visibility in the world. Marketers also handle reaching out to the perfect demographic for each project.
